Automatic Windows Updated
(Extract from LMS installation guides)
LMS Version 5.x
MEDIAN Applications are validated with the Windows Updates including the KB931768 MS07-027 of May 8, 2007. We recommend you to prevent your system from checking regularly and installing new Windows updates. Turn off Windows Automatic Updates after having installed the recommended ones.
LMS Version 6.x
MEDIAN Applications should be installed with minimum Windows Updates including KB931768 MS07-027 available since May 8, 2007.
MEDIAN Applications have been validated with all Windows KBs and Service Packs delivered prior to MEDIAN applications delivery. Therefore, it is recommended to turn off Automatic Windows Updates and to perform periodically Windows Updates to prevent your system from being at risk.
A bulletin is published on the MEDIAN Technologies web site (www.mediantechnologies.com), at the latest one month after the publication by Microsoft of the KB or Service pack, in case it is not compliant with LMS Applications.

Windows Updates regarding Internet Explorer (LMS Version 6.x)
If you install Microsoft KB or Service pack that updates/modifies Internet Explorer, your LMS application could be damaged. In this case, apply the following procedure:
o Log into your workstation using an account with administrator privileges
o Download using the following link: LMS_IE_Configuration.zip
o Unzip LMS_IE_Configuration.zip
o Execute LMS_IE_Configuration.exe
